The NWS sees the westward shift of the precipitation shield and has issued a Winter Weather advisory for Hunterdon and Morris counties. Their forecast for these areas is now 2-4″. I agree with that and think the 2″ will be the the north and west with the 4″ mark in the south and east sections.
