* LOCATIONS...EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE BEHIND AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT THIS
  MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...A POSSIBILITY OF A FEW BROKEN TREE LIMBS AND
  ASSOCIATED POWER OUTAGES. DRIVING WILL BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES...
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
