While today will be not as hot and humid as the last few days I certainly won’t call it comfortable. Look for high temperatures in the mid to upper 80’s with humidity as well.
Tomorrow will feature cooler temperatures with highs in the 70’s but there will be more clouds than sun. We will also introduce the chance of showers and perhaps even a thundershowers starting Thursday overnight. This will continue into Saturday
Sunday and Monday is more of the same except the heat starts to return with highs back in the 80’s.
Looking longer range next week looks to be warm and humid again with high temperatures in the upper 80’s to near 90 with humidity and showers and thundershowers possible. Someone needs to tell mother nature to bring cooler weather when Labor Day arrives! 🙂

Another 1.50″ plus has fallen overnight in the western New Jersey area – certainly nothing out of the ordinary of recent times. With the ground still being saturated, water puddles up quickly and floods swollen streams and rivers.
Today a cold front will push through the area and usher in cooler and dryer weather. This could be accompanied by a few scattered showers and perhaps even a thundershower.
Then get ready to crack open the windows at night with several nights low temperatures in the 50’s!
Fear not if your a summer lover. Warm and humid weather will start to return on Sunday and continue into the new week. This could continue into Labor Day weekend and perhaps beyond…
