So exactly what is Western Jersey Weather?

What Counties are included? To start off I would say southern Warren, Hunterdon and eastern Northampton (in PA). Here is an approximate map:

Is the Lehigh Valley included? Since the Lehigh Valley extends into Warren County then certainly the easternmost section will.
